Mia looks so cute. I think she is just practicing so she can show off her teeth when they come in!
I usually just put the bumbo seat in the tub before I fill it up and then kind of hold one side up a little bit to let out the air bubbles when I have the water in. It still moves around a little bit especially when Rease moves from side to side and stuff. But as long as I keep a little bit of a hand on it is usually alright.
